What You'll Do:
As a Senior Automotive Technician, you'll be responsible for:
- Advanced maintenance and mechanical repairs.
- Brake, steering, suspension, driveline, engine, and cooling system repairs.
- Diagnosing drivability, electrical, and intermittent concerns.
- Performing accurate testing and root-cause diagnostics.
- Completing thorough Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) with photos and recommendations.
- Clearly communicating findings with the service team.
- Helping mentor and support less-experienced technicians when needed.
- Producing high-quality repairs while maintaining strong productivity.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a technician who has:
- 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience with electrical testing, scan tools, and modern vehicle systems.
- The ability to independently diagnose and complete repairs from start to finish.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset.
- A valid driver's license.
- ASE Certifications are appreciated but not required.
