What You’ll Do:
Front Office Support:
- Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional experience.
- Answer phones and assist with scheduling appointments.
- Send updates via text, email, or phone.
- Assist with estimates, invoices, and customer communication (with training).
- Help with follow-up calls, thank you cards, and declined service outreach.
Shop & Technician Support:
- Assist with Digital Vehicle Inspections (photos, notes, check-ins).
- Help start work orders and keep workflow moving efficiently.
- Communicate between technicians and service advisors.
- Help track technician hours and job progress.
Light Automotive Work:
- Perform basic services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and light bulb replacements.
- Assist with vehicle check-ins and basic inspections.
- Help maintain cleanliness of shop, lobby, and work areas.
General Operations:
- Help with inventory tracking and ordering.
- Assist with loaner vehicle coordination.
- Support marketing efforts and shop organization.
- Jump in wherever needed—this is a true team support role.

- Willingness to learn both front office and shop operations.
- Basic automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required.

Schedule:
- Monday – Friday.
- Typical hours: 7:50 AM – 4:50 PM.
